I was able to find the Schwarzkopf blondeme bleach and developer set on Amazon, and as predicted the powdered bleach container arrived busted open during shipping, got a nice bleach powder dust cloud to the face upon opening that so I realize beauty supply stores who are selling professional brands and products sneakily through Amazon aren’t exactly doing so with the customers best interest/high customer satisfaction, but with that said, that bleach set did amazingly well on the half of my head that I got to use it on, unfortunately I didn’t get it until after I had gotten sick in the middle of bleaching my new growth/lifting previous remaining faded fashion color and had to stop after only doing half of my head, and had to wash it out before it had had a chance to fully process so I have two very different bleach situations on my head right now. “Ultra Violet” and “violet pearl” or “rose” and “rose petal” The way they name shades these days (mostly I’m talking about fashion colors not levels etc) how the heck are you supposed to know the difference between for Ex.
Are there any color brands or product lines from Sally’s I could get online that you or anyone else who’s familiar with them would recommend? I’ve looked on their website before and it was hard to find colors that included a picture of a color swatch to see what it’d actually look close to on hair. I don’t know of any other ones.my hair stylist always told me that the brands that Sally’s carries are able to be sold to the public for a reason and they really aren’t that good esp for someone like me with a lot of allergies and reactions to certain color brands, I don’t know if that’s true or not since this would’ve been the first time that I’d be doing my own hair using color other than box dye (lesson learned to say the least) does Sally’s carry color brands and supplies that have really reliable, solid saturated brands? Idk if she just told me that to try and prevent me from going and trying to do my hair myself instead of going to her and paying $300 something. We only have one supply store and it’s Cosmoprof. The only store we have I can drive to is Cosmoprof, I don’t want to take the chance of ordering sketchy from Amazon again.Īny help would be extremely appreciated 🙏🤞

Normally I’d just wait to get my student license, but I had a super severe allergic reaction to a brand of dye I ordered from Amazon (even after doing a skin test!) so now my hair and scalp are a complete disaster, and I definitely don’t want to start the program walking in with the worst looking hair ever, or want to go out in public looking like this. Would it be feasible if I could find a licensed stylist who was an acct there, to ask if I can make my purchases under their acct by giving their phone number for them to ‘find my acct’ in the system? I’m sure I’d have to give or verify the/‘my’ name & info on the acct, would that work? Or do photos of the acct holder show up in their system? We have a Cosmoprof, I’ve been in once (before I knew I’d need my license) and when I said I didn’t ‘have it with me’ the woman working asked for my phone number saying she could look up my Cosmoprof acct that way.
I don’t have a beauty supply store around me that you can buy from without having a cosmetology license.
